Christmas came and went too fast this year..We had a lovely time with all our children, a lovely Christmas Eve dinner that is our tradition. Everyone was happy with their gifts and I love how thoughtful the girls are with the little details, the small touch on everything they do.
We also on Christmas day went to see "The Hobbit" which was fun for everyone. All our decorations are still up in the house, I just can't bring myself to take the trees down...
Right now I started to work in a couple of scrapbooks that I'm giving as gifts and also I'm looking at Love cards for Valentine's...Got many fun things for Christmas and I can't wait to start making a few things.

Angie

I took a couple of days off to spend them with my BFF Angie that was here from Chile. We went shopping to our favorite crafty place, Archivers in Orem. The store was beautiful and we both did some serious spending... Angie has been living in Chile for the last couple of years, but she visits once a year and every time we take off from were we left, we meet 29 years ago. We had a wonderful 4 days together, we went all over the place and Saturday night we had our traditional Christmas party with all our girlfriends here at my home. Let me go back a day and share the fact that David was in charge of the food and dinner for our ward Christmas party,of course that made me on charge of the food..lol..The true is that as always he needed very little help as he is so organized and efficient with any task...so we all had a few busy wonderful days.

Starting to look like Christmas.

This week David finished his painting that will go on our Christmas cards and of course it is just beautiful.  Most of my shopping is done Online and I ordered ornaments very early this year to make sure I could have a few that I really like. The glass ornaments are from Pottery Barn, that this year as always their Christmas displays are so well done...yes I will love a Pottery Barn house...The small ornaments are the new "Sugar Coated" ornaments from Martha Stewart...awww...they are just adorable and perfect for a small metal tree that I found in one of my craft expeditions. Our big tree s our traditional snowman tree, which includes a collection of ornaments through the years.
