January was sort of a fast pace month. David and the girls surprised me with a Birthday party and then the next day we left for DisneyWorld. It was a trip for the two of us and one that I will always remember, it was truly delightful and full of fun experiences. We stayed at the Polynesian Resort, one of the most amazing Disney resorts and every night before we went to our room we had a "dole-whip" a soft pineapple ice-cream that was the most delicious treat, after all,,,we walked all day long. We enjoyed the Magic Kingdom and Wild Animal Kingdom, but I love, love, love Epcot…It was such a fun cultural experience and a great place for shopping which of course I enjoyed. We had breakfast at the France exhibit which had the most amazing bakery, we went there a couple times. Lunch in Italy and of course I loved the tea shop in England. We had dinner at "Le Cellier"the famous Canadian restaurant. The weather was lovely and every night we enjoyed the beautiful fireworks that of course are done the Disney way and doesn't matter how many times we experience this it is always magic.
